We also record how you found our site: campaign (UTM) parameters, the page you first landed on, the referring page, and the submission time. A Google click ID is stored only if you accept advertising tracking.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, or financial account details through this website.

We use inquiry information to respond to you, answer questions about availability, and arrange visits. Inquiry details are sent to our team by email so we can follow up. We do not send your form answers to Google or Meta.

This website and its forms are hosted on the Base44 platform, which stores inquiry submissions. Inquiry notification emails are delivered through Resend.
